Filters the Log tab to this plan's days.
Before a working set, suggest activation warmups sized to how much the lift's main muscle has already been worked today — 3 when it's cold, fewer once earlier lifts have hit it, none once it's been trained directly. The day's activation shows under the log. Warmups aren't logged.
When you select an exercise, show a note if you hit the top of the rep range last session — suggests moving up in weight.
When the selected exercise is in your current plan, show which set you're on out of the plan's target (e.g. “Set 3 of 4”). Counts the sets you've logged for it today.
Starts counting down each time you log a set. Tap the pill to dismiss.
